Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

The release version and beta version of the application "BigTap" (including its keyboard extension; hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by rpaka-farm does not itself collect or transmit any information about its users.

  • We do not collect or record the characters you type (the content or history of your keystrokes).
  • We do not measure usage data (e.g., number of launches, screen transitions, operational events).
  • We do not collect device information (e.g., OS type, version, device model).
  • The App does not incorporate any mechanism for transmitting crash data.
  • We do not obtain the advertising identifier (IDFA) or location data.
  • We do not obtain any personally identifiable information (such as name, address, or phone number).

The App is declared as "Data Not Collected" on its App Store privacy label.

However, crash logs and aggregated usage statistics may be delivered to the Developers through the diagnostics mechanisms provided by Apple's platform. See Section 7 for details.

2. Network Communication

Neither the companion app nor the keyboard extension performs any network transmission. All processing, including the sharing of settings and keys, is completed entirely on your device.

3. About Full Access

The App's keyboard does not request "Full Access" on iOS. You can use the App without granting Full Access.

4. Third-Party Services Used

The App does not incorporate any third-party services or SDKs for usage analysis, advertising delivery, crash reporting, or similar purposes. No communication with external services occurs.

5. Where Data Is Stored

Your settings and configured keys are stored only on your device. A shared storage area (App Group) is used so that the companion app and the keyboard extension can share the same settings.

This data may be included in device backups (such as iCloud backups). Such backups are a mechanism provided by the OS and are governed by Apple's privacy policy. The Developers do not obtain this data.

6. Sharing Settings and Keys

Settings and keys can be exchanged with others as a file (including via AirDrop) or as a share link. In neither case does the App transmit the content to the Developers' servers.

This holds when a share link is opened in a web browser as well: the shared content is stored in the part of the URL that is not sent to the server (the portion after "#"), so the content never reaches the Developers' servers. The web page shown when such a link is opened is a static page containing only guidance text, with no analytics or advertising mechanisms in place.

Note, however, that if you pass a share link through a messaging app, email, or a similar service, the entire URL is handed to the provider of that service. Please refer to the privacy policy of each service regarding the channels you use for sharing.

7. Mechanisms Provided by Apple

Mechanisms provided by Apple's platform — such as downloads from the App Store and the diagnostic information collected by the OS — are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

If sharing analytics with Apple ("Share with App Developers") is enabled in your device settings, Apple provides the Developers with crash logs and aggregated usage statistics. This information is collected by Apple and provided in the form Apple determines; it is not transmitted by the App. We use it solely to investigate defects and improve quality.

You can change whether this information is shared at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements on your device.

8. Provision of Information to Third Parties

Apart from the Apple mechanism described in the preceding section, the App collects no information, and therefore there is no information to provide to third parties. We do not provide any information we obtain to third parties, except when disclosure is legally required by law.

9. Amendments

The contents of this Privacy Policy may be amended as necessary without prior notice. Any amended policy will be promptly published on this page.
