End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By installing or using the release version or beta version of the application "BigTap" (including its keyboard extension; hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by rpaka-farm, the user of the App (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is deemed to have agreed to this End User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

The App is provided "as is". The developers and affiliates of the App (hereinafter referred to as the "Developers") do not warrant that the App is fit for any particular purpose, or that it is free from defects (including but not limited to security issues, bugs, and errors).
With respect to damages arising from the use of or the inability to use the App, the Developers shall be liable only for ordinary damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Developers. The Developers shall not be liable for lost profits or other damages arising from special circumstances.

The Developers reserve the right to modify the content of or terminate the App without prior notice.

The terms of this End User License Agreement may be amended without prior notice.
If the User continues to use the App after any such amendments, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Agreement.

In using the App, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling all or any part of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Reproducing or modifying all or any part of the App, or distributing, lending, or selling it to third parties.
Using the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of third parties.

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developers.

This End User License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
