Online Service Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By using the online matchmaking service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") in the release version or beta version of "President Noir" provided by rpaka-farm, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Disclaimer

With respect to damages arising from the use of the Service, or from the inability to use the Service due to communication failures, server errors, unexpected bugs, or other issues, the developers and affiliates of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Developers") shall be liable only for ordinary damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Developers. The Developers shall not be liable for lost profits or other damages arising from special circumstances.

Furthermore, the Developers are not obligated to intervene in any disputes arising between Users through the Service.

3. Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Service

The Developers reserve the right to modify the content of, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate the Service without prior notice to the User for system maintenance, updates, or any other reasons.

4. Amendments to these Terms

These Terms may be amended without prior notice.

If the User continues to use the Service after any such amendments, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

5. Prohibited Acts

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:

• Connecting to or accessing the Service using means other than the official application provided by the Developers (e.g., custom clients, unofficial tools, scripts).
• Placing excessive load on the servers or networks of the Service, such as DDoS attacks, or technically interfering with its normal operation.
• Unfairly manipulating or progressing the game using cheat tools, macros, bots, or similar methods.
• Intercepting, falsifying, or illegally acquiring communication contents.
• Acts that violate applicable laws.
• Acts that infringe the rights of other Users or third parties, or that interfere with other Users' use of the Service.
• Any other acts equivalent to those listed above.

6. Measures Against Violations

If the Developers determine that a User has violated these Terms, or determine that action is necessary to address a disruption actually occurring in the operation of the Service, the Developers may suspend that User's use of the Service.

The measure taken will be whichever is appropriate to the nature, severity, and persistence of the violation: a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent suspension. However, if a disruption is actually occurring to other Users' use of the Service or to its operation, the Developers may suspend use immediately without prior notice.

Because the Service does not involve account registration, such measures are carried out by blocking network connections, and may affect other people using the same connection. If a measure has been applied to you unexpectedly, or if you wish to confirm its details, please contact us using the contact information listed on the support site. The Developers will review the matter and lift the measure if it was applied in error.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
