Inquiry Form Privacy Policy
This policy explains how rpaka-farm (the "Operator") handles the information you send through the inquiry form for our apps (support.rpaka-farm.jp).
For analytics and cookies on the form pages, please see the Website Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Receive
- The app concerned, the type of inquiry, the content, your contact details (optional), the display language, and your agreement to the notes on the form
- When the form is opened from an app, the device and version information the app attaches (device model, OS, app version, and the app's display language)
2. Purpose of Use
- We use this information to respond to inquiries and to improve our apps.
- The content of your inquiry may be processed by an external AI service to help us organize and respond to inquiries.
- For bug reports and feature requests, with your agreement to the notes on the form, the status of our response may be posted on each app's support page in a form that does not identify you.
- The contact details you provide are used only to reply to your inquiry when a reply is needed, and for no other purpose.
3. Storage
- Submitted content is recorded in the Operator's database. The database is encrypted at rest. No retention period is set.
- Submitted content is notified to the Slack workspace the Operator uses. For how Slack handles information, see the Slack Privacy Policy.
- If recording to the database fails, the submitted content is kept in the logs of the Operator's systems so that no inquiry is lost. These logs are deleted after 30 days.
4. Preventing Abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To check that a submission is made by a person, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.).
- Information sent: Your IP address, browser type (User-Agent), connection characteristics (TLS fingerprint), and information about the site being viewed are sent to Cloudflare. When you submit, the Operator's server also sends your IP address to Cloudflare for verification. The content you enter is not sent to Cloudflare.
- Purpose: To determine whether a submission is made by a bot. Cloudflare also uses this information to improve the accuracy of its determination. It is not used for advertising.
- Retention: Cloudflare does not publish a specific retention period.
- Sources: Turnstile Privacy Addendum, Cloudflare Privacy Policy
5. Inquiry Status Page
The status page you can open after submitting shows only the reference number, the app, the type, the date and time received, and the linked response items. The content of your inquiry and your contact details are not shown.
6. Browser Storage
The following information is stored only in your browser (it is not sent to the Operator):
- Drafts: The app, type, content, and contact details. Deleted when you submit or clear the form. Drafts older than 30 days are not used.
- Reference numbers of sent inquiries: Up to 50, together with the app, type, and date and time received, so you can open the status page later. The content of your inquiry and your contact details are not stored.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
Except for handling by the providers described above, we do not provide the information we obtain to third parties (except where disclosure is required by law).
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be changed as necessary. The revised policy will be published promptly on this page.
9. Contact
